1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Primer (operated by WISE PEOPLE SRL), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Primer is a salon management platform providing booking, scheduling, client management, point of sale, and business analytics tools for beauty and wellness businesses. We offer both free and paid subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• One person or legal entity may maintain only one account

4. Subscription & Payments

Free Trial

We offer a free trial period. No credit card is required to start. You may cancel at any time during the trial.

Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages

6. Third-Party Platform Compliance

When using features that integrate with third-party platforms, you agree to comply with their terms:

• Meta Platform Terms: WhatsApp features are subject to the Meta Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Terms of Service. By using WhatsApp messaging through Primer, you agree to comply with Meta's policies including their Acceptable Use Policy and Commerce Policy.
• Twilio Terms: SMS and WhatsApp messaging is provided via Twilio. Use is subject to Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy.

Violation of third-party platform terms may result in suspension of related features and potential account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WISE PEOPLE SRL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Primer, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WISE PEOPLE SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
