- Service Providers: Payment processors (Stripe), cloud hosting (Microsoft Azure, Neon), SMS/email services
- Twilio: SMS and WhatsApp communications (Data Processing Agreement in place)
- Meta Platforms: WhatsApp Business messaging service provider (when you opt in to receive WhatsApp messages)
- Salon Partners: When you book with a salon, they receive necessary booking details
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect rights

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Facebook/Meta Data
If you use WhatsApp features through our platform, we process data in connection with Meta Platforms. Here's how to manage your data:
Removing Our App from Facebook
To revoke our access to your Facebook data: Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites > find 'Primer' > click Remove. This will trigger automatic deletion of your Facebook-connected data from our systems.
Data Deletion Requests
When you remove our app from Facebook, we automatically receive a deletion request. You can track the status of your deletion at primer.tech/deletion-status using your confirmation code. Alternatively, contact us at legal@primer.tech.
What Data We Receive
- WhatsApp Business Account ID (for message delivery)
- Business phone number (for WhatsApp messaging)
- Message delivery status and read receipts
- Your public Facebook profile (name, profile picture) when you connect
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to ensure our platform functions properly. We also use analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
9. Data Retention
We retain your data based on the following periods: Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure. Appointment and booking data is retained for 2 years for service quality and legal compliance. Message logs (SMS/WhatsApp) are kept for 90 days. Consent records are retained for 5 years as required by law. Payment records are kept for 7 years for tax compliance. You can request deletion of non-essential data at any time.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data is primarily stored in EU data centers. When we transfer data outside the EU (e.g., to service providers like Twilio in the US), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
